MailTrim helps people quickly decide what to keep, remove unwanted messages, and stay in control of future email from the senders they no longer want.
After a user connects Gmail, MailTrim reads message metadata and limited email content needed to group emails by sender, show recent message previews, and help the user take actions like keeping a sender, deleting old messages, or automatically filtering future messages.
MailTrim only performs actions initiated by the user inside the app. If a user chooses to unsubscribe or clean messages from a sender, MailTrim may create Gmail filters and move matching messages to Trash on the user’s behalf.
