MailTrim helps users organize and clean their email inboxes.
When a user connects Gmail to MailTrim, the app requests access to Gmail data in order to read email metadata and limited email content, group messages by sender, display recent message previews, and perform actions selected by the user such as deleting messages, updating filters, or unsubscribing from future emails.
MailTrim only accesses Gmail data necessary to provide these features and does not sell user data.
MailTrim performs actions only when requested by the user through the app.
MailTrim may store limited app data such as connected account identifiers, sender preferences, processing history, and diagnostics in order to operate the service and improve reliability.
Users can disconnect their mailbox or stop using the app at any time.
